Is this your first competition? If not what is your most memorable competition you participated in and why?

This will be my fourth competition. My most memorable moment was the team competition at the Festivus games last October. My partner and I kicked butt and won.

What is your favorite Hero or Girl WOD?

It may sound crazy but I love Karen!

What is your favorite workout song?

One Step Closer by Linkin Park on their Remix album

If you could do a partner WOD with any Games athlete, who would it be?

I would feel so wimpy next to a Games athlete so I would choose my sister JoAnn. She and I would be laughing the whole time and cheering each other on. Then we would go have a beer to celebrate!
