As a 4 person Relay, complete:
15/10 Cal Ski
100’ Sled Push
15/10 Cal Bike
100’ Sled Push
Rx: 200/100
Scaled: 145/55
At 3-2-1-Go each athlete will complete the sprint chipper in a relay format. Time will be called once all 4 athletes have completed the chipper. Non-working athletes must remain off the field of play (Note: a teammate may adjust the bike seat height for another teammate)
Bike – The bike will be completed on a Xebex brand Air Bike. Athletes may start sitting on the bike, or behind, depending on preference. Athletes may get off the bike once the display reads the required cals.
Ski – The ski erg will start with the display reading 0 cal. The athlete must stay on the ski platform until the display clearly reads the required number of calories.
Sled Push – The Sled must start completely behind the start line and finish completely across the finish line.
