On 3-2-1-Go, the athlete will enter the pool and swim 200m. They will exit the pool and perform 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters. Once they complete the thrusters, they may reenter the pool for the next swim segment.
Athletes may switch hands whenever they like on the thrusters. Athletes may rest as needed at either end of the pool. Athletes may set their feet down during the lap if needed.
The pool is heated and depth ranges from 4’6″ to 5’10”.
Score will be the time to complete the workout. If the athlete does not complete the work in the time cap, :01 will be added to their time for every rep not completed. Each 25m length counts as 1 rep if timecapped.
Dropping the dumbbell is strictly prohibited.
